Rates – Under the Sea

Standard Rates

Jan 6th – Apr 30th, June 16th – Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week ………………………. $155 + tax / night

May 1st – June 15th, Labor Day – Dec 19th ……………………………………………….. $135 + tax / night

Dec 19th – Jan 5th ……………………………………………………………………………… $185 + tax / night

Based on double occupancy.  Additional charge for more than two guests.

 

Terms and Conditions

Non-Refundable Reservation Deposit – $200 required within 5 days of booking

Full prepayment due 90 days prior to arrival or when booked.

Prices include only check-in and normal check-out cleanings

Cleaners can be contracted directly to purchase additional cleanings if desired

Security Deposit – $300 to be returned after inspection of property is made and found in good condition (i.e. no damages or extra departure cleaning expenses)

Note: Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.

There is a $25 check-in fee to be paid at the front desk at the time of check-in.
